Country Overview
Abundant crops, and a long way to the buyer.
Tanzania grows tropical fruit and spices in volume. The commercial challenge is rarely production — it is aggregation, handling and consistency: getting fruit off the tree at the right moment, cooled, graded and moving before quality slips.
That is where our work sits. We build producer relationships, organise collection, and grade honestly against the specification a buyer has agreed to.
Why Tanzania
Complementary seasons
Harvest windows that fall outside those of many competing origins.
Spice heritage
Long-established spice cultivation and grower knowledge to build on.
Room for value addition
Drying, grading and packing near origin materially lifts what growers earn.
Mango
The first forty-eight hours decide everything.
Maturity judgement at picking, shade at the collection point, prompt movement and firm grading are what separate export fruit from local-market fruit. We work with growers on all four.
Only formats we can supply or are actively developing are listed. Frozen formats are not currently offered.

Spices & Pepper
Selected spices, honestly described.
Our spice work centres on black pepper, with other regional spices assessed programme by programme. We list a spice as available only once we have a qualified supply route and can hold a specification.
Cloves, cardamom, turmeric and ginger are of interest but are not offered as active products.
Aggregation & Post-Harvest
How a lot comes together.
Producer relationships
Qualified growers and farmer groups with agreed handling expectations.
Collection points
Shaded, clean, close to the farms, with lots kept separate.
Grading
Size, colour, defect and damage assessment against the buyer's spec.
Export preparation
Packing, batch identification and documentation with export partners.
